Prices

Some of you may be wondering why my prices are quite high. Well, cross stitching takes up a lot of time, its a considerable amount more than you'd think at first. I calculate my costs based mainly on the time it will take me to create, this is especially important for commissioned pieces because with all my pre designed work I know how long it'll take to complete.

To break it down one square of 10x10 stitches takes me approximately an hour to complete. This includes the time required for thread changes and other little bits and bobs. I charge roughly £5.00 an hour which is just slightly over minimum wage; but that price also covers the materials I'll need to create and finish your piece.
